LG Appliance Repair

I work on LG appliances across the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys and the 210 corridor — InstaView and Door-in-Door refrigerators, TurboWash washers, Mega Capacity dryers. LG builds good machines with a few well-known weak spots, and I've seen every one of them.

Common LG problems we fix

Linear compressor failure (fridge warm)

LG fridges with linear compressors (roughly 2014–2019) are notorious for this: fridge and freezer both go warm while the compressor hums or sits dead. I confirm with gauges before touching anything sealed-system — if it's the compressor, I replace it; sealed-system work gets done right or not at all.

Ice maker icing over or dead (InstaView / Craft Ice)

The slim in-door ice maker freezes solid or the Craft Ice maker just stops. Usually it's the ice maker assembly itself, sometimes the fill valve behind it. I test both and replace what's actually failed.

Washer OE error — won't drain

OE on LG front loaders means the machine can't drain: a drain pump full of coins and debris, or a dead pump motor. I clear the filter or replace the pump — it's a common, quick fix.

Dryer no heat / Flow Sense warning

Flow Sense lighting up means blocked airflow — check the vent before anything else. No heat with good airflow is usually a failed heating element or a bad thermistor; I test and replace the dead part.

Dishwasher AE error

AE means water in the base pan tripped the float switch — a real leak, not a glitch. I find the source (door seal, sump, or fill valve), fix it, and reset the float.

I service LG InstaView, Door-in-Door and Craft Ice refrigerators, front-load TurboWash washers, electric and gas dryers, QuadWash dishwashers, and ProBake ranges.
