Book the first technician visit, pay in person, and receive the first maintenance service that same day.
This Agreement is between AL Best Appliance Repair LLC ("AL Best," "we," or "us") and the customer identified in the portal at enrollment ("Customer" or "you"). Services are limited to the service address recorded at enrollment unless both parties approve a different address in writing.
The membership fee is $399.99 for one 12-month term. Customer pays in person at the first technician visit, after reviewing and electronically signing this Agreement in the portal and before maintenance begins. The term begins when that payment is successfully processed. Any tax required by law must be disclosed before payment. This Agreement does not renew automatically. A later renewal requires a new, separate authorization.
The membership includes only the preventive-maintenance services specifically displayed to Customer on the enrollment page and recorded on the applicable visit checklist. The enrollment summary and each completed checklist are incorporated into this Agreement.
A booking made through the promotional page request form is an appointment request, not a purchase or payment authorization. At the confirmed first visit, the technician will open this Agreement in the portal for electronic signature, collect the membership payment, and perform the first included maintenance service that same day, subject to safe access and the limitations below.
The first maintenance is performed on the payment date during the first technician visit. At the end of that visit and every later maintenance visit, AL Best will present an itemized electronic checklist in the portal identifying the work performed. Customer may inspect the listed work, ask questions, note exceptions, and confirm each completed required item with a tap in the portal before submitting the final visit acceptance.
A confirmed electronic checklist, together with appointment records and any authorized service photographs or communications, is evidence that the listed maintenance was performed and accepted on the stated date. Each electronic signature is stamped with date and time; editing a signed stage voids its signature and requires re-signing. A signature does not waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
To request a refund on that basis, Customer must contact AL Best within 10 calendar days after the visit, identify the unconfirmed checklist item, and allow AL Best a reasonable opportunity to verify the record. A missing acknowledgment caused solely by Customer's refusal or unavailability after the work was performed does not by itself establish that the service was not performed.
Once Customer has confirmed every required completed item and submitted the final visit acceptance in the portal, the membership fee is non-refundable, except when a refund is required by law or AL Best agrees otherwise in writing.
Customer should promptly report a concern by calling (747) 218-2666. AL Best may inspect the issue and, when appropriate, re-perform an incomplete maintenance item before deciding a refund request. A refund, if approved, will be sent to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Customer may cancel or request to reschedule the first appointment before the technician begins work. A booking by itself creates no card charge. If Customer has electronically signed or paid but the first maintenance has not started, cancellation and any refund will be handled as required by applicable law and any terms disclosed before payment. Nothing in this Agreement limits a statutory cancellation right.
At the first technician visit, Customer will review and electronically sign this Agreement in the portal and then pay AL Best in person. By presenting or entering a payment card, Customer expressly authorizes one charge for $399.99, plus only any tax disclosed before payment. Payment is processed through Chase or the payment service identified at the visit. The technician begins the first included maintenance after successful payment and performs it that same day, subject to Section 4. This authorization does not permit recurring charges.
Customer agrees to contact AL Best at (747) 218-2666 before asking a card issuer to reverse the charge, so AL Best has a reasonable opportunity to review the electronically signed Agreement, payment record, checklist, and requested resolution. A bank dispute is not a substitute for cancellation under this Agreement.
Customer authorizes AL Best to provide the electronically signed Agreement and relevant transaction and service records to the payment processor, card network, or issuing bank for the limited purpose of answering a payment inquiry or dispute. Nothing here prevents Customer from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
This Agreement is signed electronically in the portal at the first visit. Each electronic signature is stamped with date and time; editing a signed stage voids its signature and requires re-signing. Both parties receive an electronic copy: the signed Agreement stays available in the portal, and a PDF copy is emailed to the Customer. No paper copies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL Best is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. AL Best's aggregate liability arising from this membership will not exceed the membership fee paid, except where a different remedy is required by law.
California law governs. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. Either party may use an eligible small-claims court. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. This Agreement, the enrollment summary, and electronically confirmed checklists form the complete agreement.
Visit details — date and arrival time, technician, payment confirmation, equipment, and checklist version — are recorded in the portal.
